Project Description
A 3.5m by 5.6m extension onto the rear of the house extending out from the kitchen and dining room area. We cleared the site and excavated the foundations, pipe work was rerouted and concrete was poured. The project was managed from start to finish including design and alterations made during the project to benefit the client and the finished room. We raised the ceiling and put in two velux windows to maximise space and light. Double french doors and windows were put in and all was designed around the feature of the room, a solid fuel stove. The finishing touches were the brick fireplace built to house the stove and a patio laid outside with a built in barbecue constructed.
